Doctor Who fans have been given the chance to travel back in time following the discovery of two missing episodes!

The 1965 and 1967 episodes star William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton, the first two actors to play The Doctor. There are over 100 early episodes of Dr Who still missing which could have traded hands decades ago and be lying, awaiting discovery, in attics and garages across the world.

Our friend My Keepon has been spotted making an appearance on The Gadget Show (Channel 5) on Monday 5th December. One of the presenters, Otis, was very impressed with My Keepon's ability to dance to music and his reactions to being poked and prodded.

2011 marks the 35^th anniversary of the 6 Hours of Silverstone. The Autosport 6 Hours of Silverstone will see the stars and cars of the Le Mans Series and Intercontinental Le Mans Cup do battle on the new Grand Prix circuit on September 9-10-11. A grid of 45 sports prototype and GT cars from Aston Martin, Audi BMW, Corvette, Ferrari, Lola, Lotus, Peugeot and Porsche doing battle for the most prestigious sports car race in Britain. With local heroes including Anthony Davidson, Allan McNish and Ben ‘The Stig’ Collins, it’s going to be an all-action event.

Alongside the main race there will be a support card featuring the Classic Endurance Racing series for Le Mans cars from 1966-1979 which regularly brings together the Howmet TX, Ford GT40, Ferrari Daytona, BMW M1, Rondeau 379, Gulf Mirage, McLaren M1 and Porsche 935 ‘Moby Dick’ among the field. With the stars of tomorrow also competing in the Euro F3 Series and ‘junior LMPs’ of the Speed Euro Series, the on-track action is just part of the experience. A full range of family entertainment off-track will keep everyone happy, including the 35^th anniversary celebrations, slot car racing and the presence of genuine Parisian showgirls from the storied Moulin Rouge cabaret.

The National Scalextric Championship 2011

This summer, ModelZone will be the Exclusive hosts of this year’s Scalextric Championship, where members of the public and Scalextric enthusiasts are invited to come along to selected ModelZone stores to compete in the biggest Scalextric Competition in the country!
