Some people say that the pan-seared veal with potatoes Anna at the stunning Jules Vern restaurant located up the Eifel tower in Paris is a dining experience not to be missed while others may say that a signature dish at the Passetto restaurant in Rome, with all its fine trimmings and White Truffles from Alba is almost impossible to beat. However, i would argue this with a simple request of Sausage and pie!
What more could one ask for than a good Meat pie or a plate of Bangers and mash! Its part of our history and should be respected so. With so many fine butchers across the country we should be proud of our meaty specialties and eat more. And for a real treat there’s nothing better than a hot Pukka Pie while watching your favourite football team or a sneaky Melton Mowbray pork pie for a quick and tasty snack.
