Here at Modelzone, just as it is at Cheltenham, its Ladies day!  Down on the mystical Island of Sodor, the engines under the watchfull eye of the fat controller are getting ready for another busy day, from passenger rides to places of work and back, to deliveries to the seaside.

Thomas and his adventures, along with his freinds are known throughout the world. Theres Gordon, Percy, James and Toby to name a few, but there are a number of hard working lady locos to. So today, being ladies day, we thought it would be appropriate to take the spot light of the boys and give the ladies their time. Step forward....

Lady -  Lady is a very special golden engine who holds the secret to The Magic Railroad. With her use of the magic gold dust, she was able to travel to the Island of Sodor and help Thomas defeat Diesel 10.

Rosie - Rosie is feisty, fun and very free-spirited. Rosie is a tomboy tank engine...despite the fact that she's pink! She's almost the same size and has the same capability as Thomas - whom she idolizes.

Daisy - Daisy is a classy, sassy passenger diesel. She believes she should only carry passengers and never pull trucks, though she soon learns the hard way.

Emily - Emily is a beautiful engine with shiny paintwork and gleaming brass fittings. After she rescued Oliver and Toad when they were stuck on the tracks, Sir Topham Hatt rewarded her with a brand-new pair of coaches.

Madge - Madge is a snub-nosed truck with a three-wheeled cab and a flatbed. What she lacks in elegance, she makes up for in strength and personality. She is the prime organizer of the little engines but she can be playful and loves a joke.

Molly - Molly is a large, powerful and bright yellow engine. She is proud of her strength and wants it to be used and useful. As well as being mighty, however, Molly is also sensitive. She's very aware of what the other engines think of her and wants them to think the best.Molly shies away from conflict as she finds it upsetting. On her first day, she was teased for pulling empty wagons. She felt inferior to the other engines, and wanted to feel just as useful as them. However, in the end, Molly saw sense (thanks to Thomas) that even empty wagons can be just as important as loaded ones.

And remember...These and all your favourite Thomas character's can be found in our dedicated Thomas area.
