The 53rd Formula 1 car from Ferrari, works number 658, had new front wheel suspension, a longer wheelbase and differently shaped side pods. Only the light 95 kg, Type 056 2.4 litre engine was reused from the previous version. The 58th Formula 1 World Championship was a straight fight between Ferrari and Mercedes. Kimi Raikkönen made a great impression and secured a well-deserved 2007 World Championship title in his very first year with Ferrari, who also won the constructors title that year for the first time since 2004.   The 1:24 scale model features:
