As well as being deadly adversaries over the skies of Europe, the Messerschmitt Bf109F-4 and Supermarine Spitfire MkVb, also found themselves locked in combat over the deserts of North Africa and the Mediterranean Sea.
This set contains the aircraft of two aces, Neville Duke and Karl-Heinz Krahl - adversaries who both achieved numerous victories in the desert war, before the Allies superior numbers and their ability to hold onto the strategic island of Malta resulted in the Afrika Korps being driven from North Africa and back through the Italian mainland.

Not made yet and I gather the Spitfire is not an easy build. However as I picked up the £19.99 deal on the Gift Set I am very pleased and I am sure I will manage any difficulties!
