19-Mar-2012	Good communication. Fast Despatch. Orders over £10 (not difficult) post free cracking. Bit dissapointed the DCC modules shot up in price but thats the market iI suppose.

24-Feb-2012	the online side of modelzone is acceptable. delivery seems to be fairly quick and stock levels usually correct. my main gripe is the pure LACK of information provided on each product - it is impossible to shop unless you know what it is you want and have researched it elsewhere (also resulting in fi... read more the online side of modelzone is acceptable. delivery seems to be fairly quick and stock levels usually correct. my main gripe is the pure LACK of information provided on each product - it is impossible to shop unless you know what it is you want and have researched it elsewhere (also resulting in finding cheaper prices in the majority of cases). also, why can we as customers get Hornby club discount in store, but not online. the website remains user un-friendly, but simple developments could be made to provide a more competitive site - see how detailed the ehattons site is! on the flip side, store experiences are pleasant - though a large number of staff lack detailed knowledge across all products - and opportunity for extended training somewhere maybe? i realise it is unlikely, but i'd like to be more involved in any feedback processes regarding modelzone, and would also like to see the company develop and better fulfill its potential - but how viable that is i don't know. i hope feefo is the start of something better for MZ, but it's not actually required if someone stood back and took stock of the current situation as it is, and how it should be.
