The ’Minor Million’ was probably the first ’Limited Edition’ produced by the British Motor indusrty.It was to celebrate the first time that production of a British car reached 1.000.000 units. In order to publicise their acheivement BMC decided to produce a distinctive example of the best selling model - the 2 door - and choose a unique colour scheme of Lilac and White.
