The NH90 is the standard NATO helicopter for the 21st century and can carry 16 to 20 soldiers plus their equipment. Suitable for all types of land and sea support missions, such as troop transport, amphibious applications, search and rescue (SAR) missions or defence against terrorism, the twin-engine NH90 has electronic flight control systems that make it the most up-to-date multipurpose helicopter in the world. The NH90 programme, with 400 firm orders to date, is the largest helicopter programme ever established in Europe.  Model details:
