Internal, crash resitant fuel tanks provide a safe housing for your fuel while silcone fuel tubing provides the fuel like vains. 

Typically, low wing aircraft are for the more advanced pilot with the benefits of allowing some more "adventurous" manoeuvres, while the high wing aircraft offer a more stable flying platform for those just starting out.
