Revell - 1:72 Dornier Do-28 D-2 Cargo Plane Model Kit

The Do 28 Sky Servant is one of the lightest short take-off transport aircraft in service, capable of carrying up to 12 passengers. Built from 1961 onwards, the Do 28D was primarily intended for export to African countries. Later it was used as a twin-engined trainer for novice pilots and as a freight and liaison aircraft for the Luftwaffe flying units. The outstanding performance characteristics of the Sky Servant were confirmed on 15th March 1972 with six FAI world records in its class for climb and altitude.

11-Mar-2012	A re-issue of an old Matchbox kit, but quite a nice one, with Revell's excellently printed decals, and as far as I know the only kit produced of this subject in 1:72.
