Unfortunately, this product has sold out and is no longer available at ModelZone.

The Mirage F1 all-weather fighter interceptor flew for the first time on 23rd December 1966 and reached a speed of over Mach 2. Compared with the Mirage III it has considerably better manoeuvrability and improved take-off and landing characteristics. The performance data of this new French fighter interceptor also impressed the military in many other countries, giving rise to extensive export business. Like hardly any other modern combat aircraft the Mirage F1 C was used in numerous theatres of war, including Operation Daguet in the 1990 Gulf War. A total of 731 machines were built, of which 251 went to the French Air Force and 480 machines went for export. One of the finest, the "Tiger F1", was the one from the EC 5/330 based at Mont de Marsan that went to the Tiger Meet in Beja, Portugal in 1996.
