1. Provision of Website Service

The Website is owned and operated by Modelzone Ltd (Company number 333459), ('Modelzone') whose registered office is at Commerce Way, Lancing Business Park, Lancing, BN15 8TA; place of registration - England. VAT number - 192 9784 06. All products offered for sale on this website are offered by Modelzone Ltd. which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.

2. Limited Rights to Use Content

2.1 All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site ("Content") belongs to Modelzone or its suppliers. Subject to section 2.2, we give you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to:

• Retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen.
• Print individual pages on paper.
• Store individual pages in electronic form on disk/CD.
  

You do not have the right to store any Content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network. Or make any other use of the Content.

2.2 Most of the Content is owned by Modelzone but certain Content is used with the permission of third parties ("Third Party Content") and may be subject to additional restrictions. These restrictions and/or intellectual property rights will be highlighted through hyperlinks on the appropriate pages. You must comply with such restrictions and/or copyrights.

2.3 You may not, without prior written permission from Modelzone given within the previous 6 months:

• Redistribute any of the Content or supply it to other people.
• Remove the copyright or trade mark notices from any copies of Content made under this Agreement.
• Create a database in any form (including electronic or structured manual form) by downloading, copying and storing all or any of the Content.
• Except as expressly set in this Agreement, modify, reproduce or in any way use any of the Content.

3. Participation

3.1 Modelzone allows you to submit material to certain areas of the Website. Modelzone reserves the right to delete, move and edit any material submitted. You are solely responsible for the material you submit to the Website and by submitting any material you agree that you will not submit any material that:

• Advertises or promotes any goods or services deemed to be in competition with Modelzone.
• Reveals any confidential or sensitive information.
• Contains or links to any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, indecent or otherwise illegal material.
• Contains any material which you do not have permission to use (including material which may be protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights or any other form of intellectual property right).
• Contains viruses or any other components with harmful or contaminating properties which may affect the Website or any equipment connected to it.
• Disguises your identity or impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Modelzone employee, or falsely claims or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

3.2 Modelzone welcomes your comments, suggestions, ideas and other material you provide or send directly to us. By submitting material to the Website, you grant Modelzone a perpetual royalty free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-licence any material you submit in whole or in part or in any form. You agree that you waive any moral rights you have in the material.

3.3 The Website contains material and content submitted by persons ("Users") over whom Modelzone has no control. Modelzone cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any such material. Some Users may breach these terms and post material that is misleading, untrue or offensive - you must bear all risks associated with and resulting from your viewing of such material.

3.4 Copyright of any software that is made available for download for the participation in the Website ("Software") belongs to Modelzone, its suppliers or Third Parties. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of any licence agreement that may accompany or be included with the Software. Certain pages on the Website may also be subject to additional terms of use that will be made available clearly by hyperlink - you must comply with all such terms.

4. Online Shopping – Terms and Condition of Sale of www.Modelzone.co.uk

4.1 Product Details, Prices and Promotions

We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible.

The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Website are as set out on the Website and are inclusive of VAT. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective for the countries and

regions we deliver to. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the Website. Similarly, Modelzone stores are under no obligation to honour any price or promotion offered on this Website, should they differ from those in-store.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for withdrawing goods from the website.

The images you see depend on your monitor’s display and colour capability and may vary as a result. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the pictures of the products you see are an accurate representation of the actual items.

4.2 Ordering

Before placing an order you should read these terms and conditions of sale (Section 4) and in particular, the following:

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances. After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. Modelzone cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Once you have completed an online purchase, if we are able to accept your order, we will send you an email confirming that the goods ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or that you have cancelled it in accordance with our returns policy. At this stage payment will be taken and a binding contract between us will exist. In certain circumstances, (section 4.1, 4.4 and 4.5), it will be possible for either you or us to cancel the order. Please read those sections for more information.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

• The product is available.
• The order reflects current pricing.
• Your credit/debit card is approved by your credit/debit card company.

You can access details of your order and any previous orders by logging in to your account once you have registered.

Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive this email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

4.2.1 Bulky, Heavy and/or Oversized items

Although a standard delivery charge is indicated in the checkout process, certain items sold on Modelzone.co.uk may be subject to an additional delivery charge. This will be due to their weight, bulk and/or size. In this event you will be contacted regarding the total delivery charge and be given the option to amend your order should you wish to do so.

4.2.2 Age restricted items

Where products are deemed unsuitable for use by a certain age group, this will be made clear in the item description. These can include products with small parts which may be unsuitable for children under three years of age. Please be aware that under UK law you must be aged 18 or over to purchase certain products. We age verify all such purchases and may contact you for proof of age. These can include knives, glues and adhesives.

Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer will be asked when placing an order to acknowledge that they have read the Terms and Conditions of the website, and to agree that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods. If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.

4.2.3 Payments

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before dispatch of the goods to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

All card payments are processed by Pay Point using their “thawte” 100% secure system.

4.2.4 Availability

Our website links directly to our stock system. This means that items shown are in stock in our warehouse at the time you place your order. However there may be certain situations where items become unavailable. In the unlikely event of this happening we will inform you by email if any items you have ordered are unavailable. Please note we do not charge your credit or debit card for items not sent to you.

4.2.5 Pre-Ordering products from www.modelzone.co.uk

We aim to provide a service to allow you, the customer, to pre-order selected products online which are not yet available for sale. We refer to these as “Pre-orders”.

Whilst we endeavour to provide sufficient product to meet demand in cases of limited availability such as exclusive limited editions it is possible that certain products may sell out before they arrive due to their popularity.  Pre-orders of individual products are restricted to a maximum of 5 units per customer.

Products available to order in advance will have a button labelled Pre-order Now instead of Add to Basket.

How to place an order for an item that is not yet available in stock

Click on the Pre-order Now button and the item you have selected will be added to your shopping basket.

Purchasing items currently available and pre-orders at the same time

You can purchase both items currently available and items not yet in stock in the same shopping basket. Your card will only be charged with the price of the items currently available and their respective delivery charge. Items being pre-ordered will not be charged for until they are being shipped to you. The amount will be charged to the card you have used for your order. At this point in time you are liable to ensure that you have sufficient funds to meet the payment or your pre-order cannot be guaranteed. ModelZone will not be liable to any charges incurred as a result of these funds not being available or any other transaction fees from your card issuer or bank.

Placing a pre-order only

When you place a pre-order but do not order any other items available we will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. Your card will not be charged until the stock arrives and we ship your item to you. At this point in time you are liable to ensure that you have sufficient funds to meet the payment or your pre-order cannot be guaranteed. . ModelZone will not be liable to any charges incurred as a result of these funds not being available or any other transaction fees from your card issuer or bank.

Setting up an account

When you place a pre-order you will need to create an account. This is a simple, rapid process which saves you time on all future orders. This also gives you an easy way to check your order history and current pre-orders.

Payment types - credit/debit cards

Pre-orders can only be paid by debit or credit card.

Please note that ModelZone does not store your card details; your card information is sent directly to Paypoint, our card payment processor. Paypoint will validate your credit card information and then hold your credit card details in a very secure, encrypted format, until processing your payment upon your bank’s authorisation. Any amendments you make to your card details will be stored by Paypoint in this way and not ModelZone.

Delivery charges

Pre-ordered items will be treated as separate deliveries and be subject to individual delivery charges displayed in the checkout.

Any items ready for immediate despatch will be subject to the estimated delivery charge quoted at the time of placing the order. Delivery will be by our Standard Service only. Next day or other services are not available.

In the event of our delivery charges changing we will endeavour to make you aware of these changes.

If you change the delivery destination of your pre-order, this may have an impact on the delivery charge.

Updates on your pre-orders and related products

When you place a pre-order we will ask you to tick box for opt in to receive information about similar products by email:

“Would you like to hear about other items available to pre-order in this category?

If you do not tick this option and you are not already subscribed to the ModelZone e-newsletter you will only receive emails to keep you informed about the progress of your pre order and likely shipment dates”. This will include a reminder asking you to update your card details/expiry date/CVV no. should they change before the item arrives...

4.3 Delivery Information

What are your delivery charges or options?

For your convenience, we offer four delivery options:

FREE delivery - Spend £10 or more in a single transaction, and we will not charge you for delivery.  Please allow up to seven working days for delivery. Applies to the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands (post codes that begin HS, IV, KW, PA and ZE are classed as Scottish Highlands). Please note: FREE delivery is not available for Next Day orders. 

STANDARD delivery - Our standard delivery charge is £2.99 for orders up to a value of £9.99. Please allow up to seven working days for delivery.

NEXT DAY delivery - Our Next Day delivery charge is £5.99. We use a courier, City Link, who aims to deliver to you the next working day. This service is only available in the UK mainland.  If you place an order before 2.00pm on a weekday, it will be delivered to you the following working day. If you place your order after 2.00pm, on a Friday, or any time on a weekend or Bank Holiday, please add another working day.  Tracking details will be supplied in your confirmation email.  A signature is required when we deliver your order with Next Day delivery. 

UPGRADE TO NEXT DAY DELIVERY: If you would like to get your order faster than the standard and have spent over £50 you have the option to pay a small surcharge of £2.99 to upgrade to Next Day Delivery. We use City Link, who aims to deliver to you the next working day. This service is only available in the UK mainland.  If you place an order before 2.00pm on a weekday, it will be delivered to you the following working day. If you place your order after 2.00pm on a Friday, weekend or Bank Holiday, please add another working day.  Tracking details will be supplied in your confirmation email. A signature is required when we deliver your order with Next Day delivery. 

Deliveries by Courier

Consignments are delivered anytime between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm. Unfortunately it is not possible to specify an am or pm delivery time.

• If nobody is available to accept the delivery our carriers will leave a calling card giving you the opportunity to arrange a more convenient delivery time
• We will also contact you providing you with the following options
  • Leave the consignment in a safe location
  • Leave the consignment with a neighbour
• Our courier does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

4.3.2 Europe

Depending on location and local Customs Authorities, European delivery can take up to 14 days after being dispatched and are subject to possible customs clearance and local charges.

All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc.).

Please note bulky items/orders may trigger an additional charge to send it to destinations outside of the mainland UK. In this case you will be contacted to confirm the final amount.

4.3.5 Change of delivery address

Once you have placed an order then you cannot change the address details online.

Unfortunately, we are also unable to support multiple delivery addresses per order.

4.3.6 Delivery Status

If you have not received your order or it is late please contact us. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in Section 4.3 are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our control.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

4.3.7 Undeliverable packages

Occasionally we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-dispatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within a week of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse we will issue a refund for the product.

4.3.8 What if only part of your order has arrived?

Before contacting us please check your paperwork to see whether there is more than one parcel – for example, if it says ‘1 of 2’ or ‘1 of 3’. This means that we were unable to package your entire order on one package and you should expect a further delivery within the next few days.

4.3.9 What if your order has not arrived at all?

Before contacting us, please check your emails from us or our courier. Please check your junk folder, and ensure that mzweb@modelzone.co.uk is added to your safe senders list. Then contact us quoting the order number and date of order. We will then track your order with the relevant party and inform you on the delivery status and next steps.

4.3.10 Collecting your order

At present, we are unable to deliver purchases to a ModelZone store. This is due to potential storage issues at our stores.

4.4 Online Shopping Cancellation and Returns Policy

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item.

Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you purchase an item from www.modelzone.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item, please return it to us within 28 days of the date on the dispatch note that accompanies your order. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care of it, the product is in an unused state, it is complete with original packaging and it has all of its original components.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can call us on 01903 875 694 or email mzweb@modelzone.co.uk. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

4.4.1 How to return products once received

If you wish return a product you can either:

• Take that item to a Modelzone store. Please ensure you take your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase.
• Contact us by email (mzweb@modelzone.co.uk.) or write to us at the address below in section 4.4.3.

once you have contacted us, you will be given instructions on how and where to return your purchase. We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

You must contact us before sending any items back to us.

If we are notified of your intention to return a purchase within 7 days, we will refund the outgoing shipping costs. However we do not refund the cost of returning an item to us unless it is faulty.

All refunds are credited back to the credit card holder’s account which was used to make the original purchase.

4.4.2 Returning faulty products

Returning a faulty item is the same process as 4.5.1, however due to the complexity of certain products, no refunds or exchanges can be given on selected items until a manufacturing defect is identified. This may involve sending it back to the supplier. If spare parts are available, we will also look to repair the existing item before sending a replacement.

If an item is deemed to be faulty; we will refund the cost of both the outgoing and incoming mail.

If a manufacturing fault has not been determined, we will either:

• Return the item to you.
• Repair the item to a working condition and invoice you for the parts and labour used.

We will always contact you before carrying out either of the above actions.

5. Limited Warranties

Modelzone will use its reasonable skill and care in making sure that the Site is available to you on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which Modelzone obtains the Content and because of the nature of the Internet, Modelzone does not give you any other warranties. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and Modelzone makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. Modelzone (The Seller) warrants that the Goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the Seller.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 In respect of the Content that is available on the Site, Modelzone will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve faults. You agree that Modelzone.co.uk will not be liable for any losses (other than damages for death or personal injury resulting from Modelzone's negligence) you may incur as a result of your use or non-use of that Content.

6.2 Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller or that of the Seller's agents or employees.

 

7. Subscribing to our mailing list to receive our email newsletter

Our site's registration form requires users to give us their contact information (e.g. name and email address) in addition to some demographic information (e.g. postcode). If you request to receive information from Modelzone, we will use customer contact information from the registration form to send you electronic newsletters or similar types of information.

8. Privacy Policy

Modelzone is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our Site. The information that you provide about yourself to Modelzone will only be used by Modelzone Limited and related third parties in accordance with its Privacy Policy as set out below. We will treat all your personal information as confidential, and are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information which you provide to us is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

8.1 Personal Information

We require personal details such as your name, address, email, debit/credit card, product and order details so that we can process your order and administer your account ( including taking steps to prevent fraud). We do not hold any credit card information.

Modelzone uses third parties e.g. delivery providers, to assist with this who have access to limited personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

Unless it is necessary to fulfil your order or an order enquiry (including the delivery of goods you have ordered) or you have signed up for our email newsletter, we will not provide your personal information (i.e. information you supply that identifies you) to any external third party without your consent, or unless we are required to so by law.

Ways in which we might use your information to fulfil your order may include passing it onto employees and agents of the Group to administer any accounts, deliveries, products and services and passing it on to a technical partner to carry out processing of your personal information on our behalf.

We never make your personal details available to companies outside Modelzone for marketing purposes, although our representatives and agencies may hold your data so that your details can be kept up to date, your orders processed and emails sent on behalf of Modelzone.

If you sign up for our email newsletter, we use the personal information we collect about you to send you email newsletters featuring the latest promotional news, product information and in store activity. This information is held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Our site's registration form requires users to give us their contact information (e.g. name and email address) in addition to some demographic information (e.g. postcode). If you request to receive information from Modelzone, we will use customer contact information from the registration form to send you electronic newsletters or similar types of information.

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of personal information by Modelzone. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

8.2 Data Security

We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All the data collected by us is stored on a secure server however we cannot guarantee that any data sent over the internet is completely secure.

8.3 Unsubscribing

If at any time you want to know what information Modelzone holds about you, please feel free to contact us and we will provide you with details of all the information we hold about you. If you want to remove the information at any time, please let us know and we will remove it straight away.

9. Technical

You should be aware that information and data may be automatically collected through the use of ‘cookies’. Cookies are small text files a website can use to recognise repeat users, allow us to observe behaviour, and compile aggregate data in order to improve our website and to target its advertising. Cookies do not attach to your system or damage your files.

10. Security Policy

The Internet is not a secure medium. However, we have put in place various security procedures as set out in this policy, including firewall security and password protection.

Modelzone.co.uk has its own secure server software that encrypts all of your personal information preventing it being accessed or read by any third party. Our privacy policy ensures complete privacy. We do not disclose your details to any third party unless it is necessary to fulfil your order or unless you have signed up for our email newsletter.

When registering an account with Modelzone.co.uk you will need to include your name and contact details, your billing address and any shipping address different to your billing address. Once entered these are encrypted and sent to our secure server where they are held as long as you have an account with Modelzone.co.uk. At any time you can modify your account details by clicking the 'Login' link on every page. This will take you to the 'My Account' page, where you can view your contact details, address book and order history. Please note, we do not store any credit or debit card information.

Remember:

• Keep your account details and password a secret. As long as you are logged out at the end of a transaction you will have to use your password the next time you wish to make a purchase or make changes to your e-newsletter subscription.
• Do not send credit/debit card details by email as this is not secure. Please use our secure order payment service in the online shop.
• In the unlikely event of unauthorised card use please be sure to contact your card issuer immediately as per your contractual arrangement with them.

11. Security & E-commerce gateway

Your security and peace of mind are of the greatest importance to Modelzone. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

Any sensitive data (including personal data and payment information) you send to us from your computer is securely encrypted and protected using Internet standard encryption technology known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer.) This process scrambles any sensitive data you transmit to us, preventing it from being intercepted during transmission.

Our e-commerce provider is GSBA Ltd (GSBA). Neither GSBA nor Modelzone store credit card details on their respective servers. Your credit card information is sent directly to Paypoint, our card payment processor.

Paypoint will validate your credit card information, and process your payment upon your bank’s authorisation. Paypoint hold your credit card details in a very secure, encrypted format, allowing us to process any refunds you may require.

12. Changes

Modelzone is continually seeking to improve the Site and services offered. Modelzone reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site.

13. Links to other Websites

The Site contains links to other websites and resources. Modelzone will make clear where such links are being made. Independent third parties provide these sites. Modelzone is not responsible and shall not be liable for the availability or content of these outside resources. Please be aware that Modelzone is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements/terms and conditions of every website. The privacy policy highlighted in section 8 applies solely to information collected by Modelzone.

14. Surveys & Competitions

From time to time our Site requests information from users via surveys, free prize draws or competitions. Participation in these activities is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information and demographic information (name, address, post code, age group). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Winners' names and other relevant material will be published on the website. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the customer experience and satisfaction of the Site and of Modelzone superstores.

14.1 Free Prize Draw – Email Newsletter Sign Up

The promoter is Modelzone Ltd; this prize draw is open to subscribers of Modelzone’s email newsletter who sign up or update and submit their subscription details on www.modelzone.co.uk. The closing date for the monthly prize draw is the end of each calendar month in 2011. The winner will be selected randomly by an independent party and will receive £50 worth of Modelzone gift vouchers or an equivalent credit against one future online order only.

• The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize must be accepted as offered.
• There are no cash alternatives.
• The winner’s name and other relevant material may be published on the website and via email.
• The winner will be notified in writing within 14 days of the closing date.
• The prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over in Great Britain, excluding employees of Modelzone Group and third parties connected with the prize draw.

Entry implies acceptance of these rules as final and binding.

16. General

16.1 There is no specific time limit applying to your access and use of the site. However, Modelzone.co.uk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time. It may exercise the right with or without notice.

16.2 You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer this Agreement or your rights of access to the Site.

16.3 Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

16.4 A person who is not party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms.

16.5 English law will apply to this Agreement and both you and Modelzone agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only.

16.6 Waiver: No waiver by the Seller (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of its rights under this contract shall prejudice its rights to do so in the future.

17. Are you looking for ModelZone gift vouchers?

We do sell vouchers for our stores, but at present we do not sell them on our website. However our mail order store is able to send vouchers out to customers and would be happy to assist you further. Their details can be found via the following link:

Please note, that these vouchers can only be spent in store and have a 6 months validity period. We do not currently sell vouchers for use on the website.

Appendix

A - How to place an order

When you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your required quantity, then click on 'Add to Cart’ and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. Click on 'Continue Shopping' to return to your previous page. You can then continue shopping until you have selected all the products you require. At any time you can check what you have chosen by clicking on 'Shopping Cart' where you can review and amend the quantities you have selected.

Once you have completed your selection, click on 'Shopping Cart'. Please note that to calculate your delivery charge, you need to select your delivery destination from the 'Country' drop down box. The appropriate delivery charge will be displayed. To proceed to checkout, click on the 'Checkout' button.

If you are an existing customer, to sign in simply click on the 'Login' button and enter the email address you registered with and your password.

If you are a new customer you can choose to register or to proceed to the checkout immediately without registering. If you register, this will save you time entering your name, address and delivery details the next time you order. We do not store any debit/credit card details at any stage.

To register with us please complete all the required Personal and Contact information, then choose and confirm a password. The password should be no more than 8 characters long and can be alphanumeric. We will send all correspondence regarding your order to the email address you enter in this form so please be sure to enter accurate contact information. We will only use this email address to communicate with you regarding your order, unless you have subscribed to receive our email newsletter. Any information is stored in compliance with Data Protection Legislation and we enforce strict internal security procedures to ensure compliance and prevent unauthorised access.

Complete the payment details, then please check your order, and enter your shipping and billing addresses. Your order can only be completed once you have read and agreed to the website Terms and Conditions. This is indicated by ticking the check box.

Once you are satisfied that everything is correct with your order click on 'Submit and Continue'.

Your order has now been placed. We will provide you with an order reference number, together with all the details you have already confirmed. Please print this order summary, and retain it as your reference. Your order will also be acknowledged by an email. When your order has been successfully dispatched, we will acknowledge this with another email.
