The Honda RC211V summer test bike from 2001, as driven by Valentino Rossi. This is a landmark bike for the fact that regulations for World Championship motorcycle road racing GP 500 changed drastically for the impending 2002 season. Subsequently this allowed for bigger engines to be competed and the renaming to MototGP.
